The Angel Moroni is the original design by sculptor Karl Quilter. Quilter sculpted three different Angel Moroni Statues for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. These angels varied in size to accommodate the different size temples. His Angel Moroni Statue can be seen on over 150 temples around the world. In addition to the Angel Moroni, Quilter also sculpted oxen for temple baptismal fonts and a heroic size nativity set which can be seen on LDS Temple Grounds and Visitor Centers. A beautiful piece of statuary!
